Vendor Booth $35 / Food Vendor $100-$150/ Non Profit $35
Booths are 10' x 10'. They are reserved on a first-come-first serve basis. We reserve the right to assign your booth space. Reservations are made when payment is received. We will make every attempt to accommodate unique needs of a vendor, however we are unable to supply any equipment and recommend bringing all equipment you may need (i.e tables, pop-ups, etc.); sorry, no refunds or cancellations. Space user agrees to hold any and all associations and organizations, including the Northern Mariposa County History Center, and Mariposa County as well as the officers, board members, agents or representativees of same, harmless from any and all liability arising from damage, injury, or loss to persons or property which may arise from the use and occupation of said space. VENDORS WILL BE CONTACTED WITH EVENT DETAILS CLOSE TO EVENT DATE.
No political promotions, fund-raising, raffles, or games of chance are permitted.
Booths will not be made available to any political party, individual or group promoting a political agenda (person or issue).
Setup:
Food vendors set up at 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
All others set-up: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. or Friday night at vendor's own risk.
You are responsible for bringing tables, chairs, tarps, etc. If you need electrical hook-ups, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve the appropriate space. If you take up a larger space the day-of you will be charged for what additional space you occupy the day of the event. You will be contacted informing you of your assigned booth space and any other applicable information.
PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR RESERVING A SPOT
No tear-downs prior to 4:00 p.m.

Food vendors will set up Saturday, September 24 between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
All other vendors will be able to set-up Friday night (September 23rd) at the vendors own risk. All other vendors can set up between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. This arrangement has been made for safety and to simplify the set up process.
Event hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Please do not tear-down prior to 4:00 p.m.
