Artisan Booth $50 10x10/ Food Vendor $150 10x10/ Non-Profit Artisan $25 Non-Profit Food $75 

Booths are 10' x 10'.  They are reserved on a first-come-first serve basis. We reserve the right to assign your booth space. Reservations are made when payment, description of items to sell, photos, permits and

license is provided. Approval is required to sell products.  If you bring items to event that have not been approved, you will be instructed to remove said items. We will make every attempt to accommodate unique needs of a vendor, however we are unable to supply any equipment and recommend bringing all equipment you may need (i.e generator, tables, pop-ups, etc.); sorry, no refunds or cancellations. Space user agrees to hold any and all associations and organizations, including the Northern Mariposa County History Center, and Mariposa County as well as the officers, board members, agents or representatives of same, harmless from any and all liability arising from damage, injury, or loss to persons or property which may arise from the use and occupation of said space. VENDORS WILL BE CONTACTED WITH EVENT DETAILS CLOSE TO EVENT DATE.

No political promotions, raffles, or games of chance are permitted.

Booths will not be made available to any political party, individual or group promoting a political agenda (person or issue).

Saturday Sept 28 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or Friday night at vendor's own risk. 

Separate email will be sent as event nears with specific set up times per vendor

Saturday night we will have security at the park and vendor alley.

You are responsible for bringing tables, chairs, tarps, etc. If you need electrical hook-ups, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve the appropriate space.  You will be contacted informing you of your assigned booth space and any other applicable information. 


No teardowns prior to Sunday September 29 @2:00 p.m. 

*Waiver can be found at the following link and must be signed if you do not have a re-sellers license. It may be uploaded in the application below, emailed to, submitted by mail, or presented day of the event:
